Gear is one of the biggest power levers in Prestige: Kingdom War. How Swords, Armor, Horses, Manuals, and Rings work, how to level and enhance them, and what to prioritize.

Equipment is one of the biggest power levers in Prestige: Kingdom War — and one of the most overlooked by new players. The right gear, leveled and enhanced, can be the difference between a first-strike Cavalry army and a pile of casualties. Here’s how it works.

The five equipment types

  • ▸Swords — boost attack.
  • ▸Armor — boosts defense.
  • ▸Horses — boost speed (and speed decides who strikes first).
  • ▸Manuals — the all-rounder: speed, attack, and defense together.
  • ▸Rings — boost fortune, improving hunt rewards and lucky combat strikes.

Leveling and enhancing

Each piece goes up to level 15. On top of that, you enhance gear with Enhancement Stones to push its stats even further — up to 20 enhancement levels. A maxed setup is a serious investment, but it’s permanent power that applies every time your General marches.

Where speed comes from
Hitting the 190 speed cap takes 100 Speed attribute points, level 10 Marching tech, a level 15 Horse, and a level 15 Manual — both enhanced to level 20. That combination lets Cavalry cross the map and take down level 10 Turrets without being hit.

How to get gear

  • ▸Hunt Oases — longer hunts with high-Fortune armies bring back the best loot.
  • ▸Open Chests — use the Unlock Chest skill (or matching Keys) to crack higher tiers.
  • ▸Trade at the Marketplace — buy and sell leveled gear (minus the 10% tax).

What to prioritize

For an aggressive, hit-first build, stack Speed first — Horse and Manual — so your Cavalry strike before the enemy. For a defensive anchor, lean into Armor and Manual. Rings pay off most for dedicated hunters chasing better harvests. Don’t spread thin: fully leveling one or two key pieces beats a handful of half-upgraded ones.
