Terms of Service

Welcome to Prestige: Kingdom War. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Prestige: Kingdom War mobile game and website (the "Services") provided by Prestige: Kingdom War ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Community Rules.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Accounts

To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Keep your password secure and not share it, or your account, with anyone.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Be responsible for all activity under your account.

Each person may have no more than five (5) accounts. You may not buy, sell, trade or give away an account, and you may not use more than one account to gain an unfair advantage, for example by sending resources, troops, items or coins from one account to another, boosting an alliance or ranking, or avoiding a penalty. We may limit the number of accounts that can be created from a single device or network.

We reserve the right to suspend, reset or terminate any account that violates these Terms, together with any other accounts operated by the same person.

3. Community Rules

Our Community Rules set out the conduct we expect from every player and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you agree to follow them. They apply to all areas of the Services, including World, Alliance and Private chat, letters, and player, alliance and city names, as well as our official Discord server. In summary:

3.1 Respect for Others. Harassment, hate speech, threats, excessive profanity, sexual content and sharing personal information are prohibited.

3.2 Fair Play. Cheating, unauthorized software, exploits, account abuse and real-money trading are prohibited.

3.3 Chat and Communication. Spam, flooding, advertising, scams and malicious links are prohibited.

3.4 Names and Impersonation. Names must be appropriate, and impersonating staff, game experts, Aria or other players is prohibited.

3.5 Moderation. Follow the decisions of our team and game experts, and raise disagreements through an appeal.

3.6 Discord and Community Spaces. These rules also apply on our official Discord server.

You also agree not to use the Services for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

4. Enforcement

We review each case on its facts, taking into account the severity of the violation and the player’s history. Depending on the case, we may:

• Issue a warning.
• Mute the player in chat for a set period or permanently. A muted player can still read chat and play, but cannot send chat messages.
• Prevent the player from sending letters.
• Change or reset a player, city or alliance name.
• Remove resources, troops, items, coins or progress gained by breaking the rules, or reset the account.
• Suspend the account temporarily.
• Ban the account permanently, together with any other accounts the player operates.
• Ban the player from our Discord server.

Game experts may mute players in chat. Only our team can suspend, reset or ban accounts and restrict letters.

We may announce chat mutes in World chat, including their length and reason.

Attempting to evade a penalty, for example by creating or using another account, will result in a permanent ban.

Purchases made on an account that is reset or banned for violating these rules are not refunded, except where required by law.

We may take any of these actions at our sole discretion, with or without notice. We may review chat messages, letters, names, other content you submit and your gameplay records to investigate reports and enforce these Terms, and we may remove or hide content that breaks them. We are not obligated to monitor the Services and are not responsible for what other players say or do.

To report a player, use Contact Support in the game's Management screen, message a moderator on our Discord server, or email us at [email protected]. To appeal a penalty, write to us through Contact Support or, if you cannot log in, email us with your username. See Reporting a player and Appeals in the Community Rules.

5. Virtual Items & In-App Purchases

The Services may offer virtual goods, currency, or other items ("Virtual Items") that can be earned in-game. Any Virtual Items you obtain are licensed to you, not sold. You do not own them and have no property rights in them. We may modify, suspend, or eliminate Virtual Items at any time.

All purchases are final. We do not provide refunds for Virtual Items except where required by applicable law or app store policy.

We may remove Virtual Items, resources or progress obtained through cheating, exploits, extra accounts or any other violation of these Terms. Purchases made on an account that is reset or banned for breaking these Terms are not refunded, except where required by applicable law or app store policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the Services — including art, music, code, text, trademarks, and game mechanics — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

By submitting content (e.g., chat messages) through the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We may suspend, reset or terminate your account or your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms or the Community Rules. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

10. Changes to These Terms and Our Rules

We reserve the right to change these Terms, the Community Rules and any game rules, features, balance, prices or content at any time. Changes take effect when they are posted unless we say otherwise. We will update the effective date and, for material changes, notify you in the game where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of it.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Illinois.
