Terms of Service

Welcome to Prestige: Kingdom War. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Prestige: Kingdom War mobile game and website (the "Services") provided by Prestige: Kingdom War ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Account Registration

To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Be responsible for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software (bots), hacks, or any unauthorized third-party tools.
• Harass, bully, threaten, or abuse other players in chat or in-game interactions.
• Post or transmit content that is illegal, obscene, discriminatory, or hateful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or other players' accounts.
• Buy, sell, or trade accounts or in-game items for real money outside of any official in-game mechanisms.
• Impersonate any person, organization, or Prestige: Kingdom War staff.
• Use the Services for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

Violating these rules may result in suspension or permanent banning of your account without refund.

4. Virtual Items & In-App Purchases

The Services may offer virtual goods, currency, or other items ("Virtual Items") that can be earned in-game. Any Virtual Items you obtain are licensed to you, not sold. You do not own them and have no property rights in them. We may modify, suspend, or eliminate Virtual Items at any time.

All purchases are final. We do not provide refunds for Virtual Items except where required by applicable law or app store policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the Services — including art, music, code, text, trademarks, and game mechanics — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

By submitting content (e.g., chat messages) through the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, by in-app notification. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Illinois.
