Community Rules

Standards of conduct for every player of Prestige: Kingdom War

Effective Date: October 4, 2026

Prestige: Kingdom War is a competitive strategy game, and rivalry between kingdoms is part of the experience. These Community Rules set out the conduct we expect from every player so that the game remains fair, safe and welcoming.

The rules apply to all areas of the game, including World, Alliance and Private chat, letters, and player, alliance and city names, as well as our official Discord server. They form part of our Terms of Service. Violations may result in penalties up to and including a permanent ban.

Please read these rules together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Respect for Others

Competition between kingdoms is welcome. Abuse of the people behind them is not.

1.1 Harassment and bullying

Do not insult, intimidate, humiliate or repeatedly target another player, continue to contact someone who has asked you to stop, or encourage others to do so.

1.2 Hate speech and discrimination

Content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any similar characteristic is prohibited. This includes racism and misogyny, slurs, hateful symbols and coded language, including when presented as a joke.

1.3 Threats

Do not threaten violence or harm against anyone, wish harm on anyone or encourage self-harm, including as a joke. We may report credible threats of real-world harm to the authorities.

1.4 Offensive language

Excessive profanity, vulgar or crude language, and rudeness directed at other players are not allowed.

1.5 Sexual and graphic content

Do not post sexual content, make sexual comments or advances, or share graphic, violent or illegal material. Content that sexualizes minors is reported to the authorities.

1.6 Personal information

Do not share, or threaten to share, anyone’s personal information, such as real names, addresses, phone numbers, photos, schools or workplaces, without their permission.

2. Fair Play

2.1 Cheating and unauthorized software

Do not use bots, macros, auto-clickers, scripts, modified game clients or any other unauthorized software or method that automates play or gives you an unfair advantage.

2.2 Exploits

Do not knowingly use bugs or unintended game behavior to gain an advantage. Report any bug you find through Contact Support in the game.

2.3 Account abuse

Do not use additional accounts to send resources, troops, items or coins to another account, to boost an alliance or ranking, or to avoid a penalty.

2.4 Real-money trading

Do not buy, sell or trade accounts, items, resources or coins for real money or anything else of value outside the official in-game shop.

3. Chat and Communication

3.1 Spam and flooding

Do not post repeated, meaningless or disruptive messages, including excessive capital letters or emoji, in chat or letters.

3.2 Advertising

Do not advertise or promote other games, Discord servers, websites, products or services.

3.3 Scams and malicious links

Do not post scams, phishing attempts, malware or links to adult content, and never ask another player for their password.

4. Names and Impersonation

4.1 Names

Player names, alliance names and tags, and city names must follow these rules. Names that are offensive, hateful, sexual or misleading may be changed or reset.

4.2 Impersonation

Do not impersonate administrators, game experts, Aria or any other player or person.

5. Moderation

5.1 Game experts

Game experts are trusted players appointed by our team to help others and keep chat friendly. They display the EXPERT badge and may mute players in chat.

5.2 Moderation decisions

Follow the instructions of our team and game experts. If you disagree with a decision, submit an appeal as described below rather than disputing it in chat.

6. Discord and Community Spaces

6.1 Official Discord server

These rules apply on our official Discord server. Violations there may result in a ban from the server and penalties in the game, and violations in the game may result in a ban from the server.

7. Enforcement

We review each case on its facts, taking into account the severity of the violation and the player’s history. Depending on the case, we may:

  • Issue a warning.
  • Mute the player in chat for a set period or permanently. A muted player can still read chat and play, but cannot send chat messages.
  • Prevent the player from sending letters.
  • Change or reset a player, city or alliance name.
  • Remove resources, troops, items, coins or progress gained by breaking the rules, or reset the account.
  • Suspend the account temporarily.
  • Ban the account permanently, together with any other accounts the player operates.
  • Ban the player from our Discord server.

Game experts may mute players in chat. Only our team can suspend, reset or ban accounts and restrict letters.

We may announce chat mutes in World chat, including their length and reason.

Attempting to evade a penalty, for example by creating or using another account, will result in a permanent ban.

Purchases made on an account that is reset or banned for violating these rules are not refunded, except where required by law.
